Geotechnics

Meridian Exploration Services employ skilled team of staff across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and have gained a reputation for being able to work professionally and effectively in remote and uncomfortable places.

All Meridian Geotechnics employees are fully trained in drilling and sampling methodology, the majority having in excess of 15 years’ international experience.
We specialise in providing highly mobile drilling and sampling solutions in the harshest environments, and there are few places where we cannot operate.

If required by clients, we can supply Meridian Geotechnics technical staff to work alongside local drilling teams, in order to support core recovery, sampling and data recording and to ensure quality investigation work.

Meridian Exploration Services Meridian Geotechnics has a stringent and proactive approach to the health and safety of its staff.
Our health and safety team ensures that all employees have regular safety training, both on and off site.

When working in harsh environments, a culture of health and safety awareness is vital. On site, all of our staff participate in tool box talks and we aim to operate in an environment of continual improvement.

Operating locations include the Congo and the hottest place on the planet - the Danakil Depression in Ethiopia. This means that Meridian Geotechnics support services are tailored to the logistical and functional challenges of operating in harsh and remote environments.
